Renaissance Knaresborough

Renaissance Knaresborough (RK) is a not-for-profit organisation open to local residents, community groups, social enterprises and institutions.

Renaissance Knaresborough's aim is to invite engagement from the community to promote Knaresborough.
RK’s role is to support activities which promote the town’s leisure and tourism and ‘make a great town even better’.

The organisation has championed numerous community causes over the years, such as property improvement grants designed to maintain the character of the town, the introduction of a viaduct terrace, improvements to Bebra Gardens and Frazer Theatre, as well as organising numerous town signature events and festivals.
